Everything about simultaneous translation for UPW Europe

Here you will find everything you need to know about your translation device.

If you have bought your ticket for the event, you also have the option of ordering a simultaneous translation with your ticket.



If you want to understand the English-speaking speakers on the stage in one of the available languages, then this is no problem with the simultaneous translation.  

Important! Your ticket does not automatically include a ticket translation device. Therefore you have to select it in your order.

Choose how many translation devices you need. 


After your order, you will receive a PDF with your access ticket and translation ticket together with the purchase confirmation with your ticket from Elopage by e-mail.

Please check your email inbox to make sure you have received the ticket. If you cannot find the ticket, please check your spam folder. If you can't find it there either, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@greator.com. We will be happy to help you.

You can bring this ticket printed out or digitally on your phone. The following translations will be available at the event:

  • German
  • Spanish
  • Italian
  • Hebrew
  • French
  • Russian


At Lanxess, there will be signs showing where you can pick up your translation device. Please have your ticket ready so that you can get your translation device as soon as possible.

A repeat order for a translation device:

You can only book your translation device until 1 week before the UPW event. After that it is no longer possible, not even at the event itself.

If you want to rebook your ticket for the translation device, open the order page of your ticket and select your translation device there and reorder it.
