Everything about your invoice for the UPW event

When you receive your tickets, you should also receive an email with your invoice. Please also check your spam folder in case the email ended up there by mistake.

However, if you can't find your invoice, no problem!

Just send an email to hello@greator.com and we will be happy to send you a copy of your invoice.

If you would like to change your invoice, please also email hello@greator.com with the change you would like to make.

If your order does not work

If your VAT ID does not work for your order, simply order the ticket as a private person. We will then add this information to the invoice. Please let us know by sending an e-mail to hello@greator.com.

VAT if you buy your ticket outside Germany

When you buy a ticket for the UPW event, German VAT of 19% will be charged automatically. This procedure is laid down in the German tax law and it is not possible to change the tax!
