What should I bring to the workshop?

What you should bring


  • Swimwear
  • Towel or bathrobe
  • Flip-flops or other bathing shoes
  • Cosy clothes, such as comfortable T-shirts and shorts
  • A jumper or hoodie and jogging bottoms are recommended to stay warm after the ice bath
  • A hood or hat can help protect you from the cold
  • A pen and paper are handy for taking notes during training or practice.
