Box seats at UPW Europe

The box in the Lanxess Arena offers an exclusive and luxurious experience for events. The boxes are located on the premium floor and offer a breathtaking view of the action in the arena.

They offer space for up to 20 people. The box is a large, comfortably furnished private room with a view of the stage. The box has a cloakroom, guest toilet and air conditioning. 

The boxes are also equipped with comfortable cushioned seating and catering to maximise guest comfort.

Black Ticket and box seats

With the Black Ticket, you are automatically assigned to a box.

A change of box before the festival must be requested in advance to the Customer Happiness Team at hello@greator.com. This is no longer possible at the UPW event itself. Furthermore, it is not possible to change between the inside and the box, as these seats are reserved for the Diamond Tickets.
